If you want to ensure form submissions in Rex Websites are sent to a specific email address, trigger an automatic response, redirect users, or display a success message, you can set up form actions. This allows you to manage form data efficiently and customize the user experience after submission.
Follow these steps to add form actions:
- Login to your Rex Websites Admin panel.
- Go to Marketing from the dashboard.
- Click on Forms and select the form you need to update.
- Navigate to the Actions tab.
- Click Add Action and choose from:
- Send an email – Automatically send the form submission to a specified email address.
- Redirect to a URL – Direct users to a specific webpage after submission.
- Display a success message – Show a confirmation message on the page.
- Enter the necessary details, such as the email address for receiving responses.
- Click Save to apply the action.
