Adding a Banner Photo to your Page

The term 'hero image' in web design refers to a large, attention-grabbing picture with text typically shown in the above-the-fold area of the webpage, directly beneath the website header. 

If you would like to add a banner photo to a page on your site, follow the instructions below.

1. Log into your Rex Websites Admin panel.
2. Click into Content -> Pages
3. Click into the page you'd like to add the hero banner to.
4. Under the box titled 'Hero Banner' click into the grey box 'Choose File' next to 'Image'.
5. Double click on the image you'd like to add, and click update on your page.
